As noted in our listing and guest information, we provide starter amounts of items such as paper towels and trash bags to help guests get settled, rather than supplies for the entire stay. For food safety and sanitation reasons, we also do not provide shared cooking items such as spices or seasonings. Regarding the kitchen utensils, we wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have been happy to deliver any missing items right away. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you otherwise had a very nice stay!

We’re disappointed to see this comment, as no cleaning concerns whatsoever were reported to us during this guest’s stay. Had an issue with the cleanliness of the property been brought to our attention upon arrival, our team would have been happy to address it immediately. The first time we received any report of alleged cleaning issues was after the guest had already checked out, and only after we contacted him regarding two keys that were not returned and the applicable replacement charge outlined in the signed rental agreement. Unfortunately, by that point, we had no opportunity to inspect or address the concerns he described. We encourage all guests to report any issue with their accommodations promptly so that we have the opportunity to make it right during their stay.
