Magnificent villa of 220 m2 located in a peaceful area. Discover the calm of a closed and shaded Provencal garden with its large pines, south side with its swimming pool (11m x 5m depth 1.90). 400m from the center of the village of Pernes les Fontaines.

High quality equipment (TV, video, internet, pool table, table football, table tennis, deckchairs ...). 90m2 double living room with the living area including comfort sofas and piano as well as the games room area with billiards, table football, table tennis.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms:
-Parental bedroom of 45m2 overlooking the garden with walk-in shower and 160x200cm bed
-bedroom with two 90x190cm beds overlooking the garden,
-bedroom with 140x190cm bed

1 bathroom with shower-bath, 2 toilets, and another 1 walk-in shower in the master bedroom, fitted kitchen + parking.

The villa is perfect - we couldn't have asked for more - beautiful house with amazing pool , garden and facilities ( the games room was very well used !) Location is great , a short walk into town, which has some lovely bars and restaurants .The hosts were lovely - very communicative, but not intrusive. Thank you for having us - we hope to return again soon !

Perfect Stay in Provence

The property was absolutely fantastic with lots of space, plenty of furnishings both for indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen was a wonderful space to both cook and eat. The living area has a relaxing area as well as a games area. The outdoor space is beautiful and well looked after, the pool is a good size and there is plenty of furniture to relax on and lots of shade when it is too hot. The town is a little gem, lots of boulangeries, cafes and restaurants. Pernes Les Fontaines was our favourite place out of all that we have stayed at in Provence. The owners treated us superbly with some lovely welcome gifts and a visit during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hébergement. L’endroit est d’une propreté exemplaire, tout était parfaitement entretenu et agréable à vivre. Le logement est très spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui crée une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse dès l’arrivée.Un endroit idéal pour se reposer, déconnecter et vraiment recharger les batteries. On s’y sent bien, comme dans une bulle de tranquillité. Les équipements à disposition sont complets, pratiques et de très bonne qualité, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable.Si vous recherchez un hébergement propre, reposant, spacieux, cosy et parfaitement équipé...c'est la maison qu'il vous faut. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour ressourçant.

Bereits im Vorfeld gab es eine Superkommunikation mit Francoise, die uns das Ankommen im Haus sehr erleichterte. Angesichts des heißen Wetters waren wir sehr in Sorge ob der Temperaturen im Haus. Aber was für ein Glück, unmittelbar vor unserem Aufenthalt wurden Klimaanlagen für die 1.Etage eingebaut, die uns das Leben sehr erleichtern sollten. Das Haus selbst erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, hatten wir Platz ohne Ende, konnten die tolle Terrasse genießen. Aber auch die angegebenen Personenzahlen finden ausreichend Platz. Auf Grund der Hitze war der Pool schon mehr als wichtig. An drei Tagen der Woche kam der Gärtner und reinigte ihn, was für ein Service! Das Spielzimmer ist etwas Einmaliges. Für Kinder ist das ein Traum. Das Haus selbst liegt fußläufig vom Ort, der phantastische Restaurants beherbergt. Ebenso sind viele Highlights der Provence schnell erreichbar. Der König der Provence, der Mont Ventoux ist fast immer dabei. Die Lavendelfelder im Umfeld muss man gesehen haben. Die Konversation verlief auch während unseres Aufenthaltes optimal. Sprachbarrieren wurden mit KI überwunden und Francoise ist eine phantastische Gastgeberin. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten in der Beschreibung geändert werden. Es gibt keine Badewanne und keinen Whirlpool im Hause. Aber wer braucht diese Dinge im Sommer. Danke Francoise und bis bald.

Très agréable villa

Excellent séjour. La villa est d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée, il y a juste à poser ses valises et profiter des vastes espaces intérieurs et de l’agréable jardin qui entoure la piscine.

Havre de paix à proximité des points d’intérêt du Luberon

Chouette villa avec vraie piscine , proche du centre de Pernes les fontaines . Idéal pour faire les visites des environs le matin et se prélasser l’après-midi. Salle de jeu parfaite pour se divertir un peu. Propriétaires très avenants et à l’écoute.

Grosser Pool, cooles Gaming Zimmer

Wir haben die Juliwoche in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Pool ist gross und hat zu ausgiebigen Ballspielen animiert. Das Haus ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Als Highlight bietet die Unterkunft einen grossen Gaming Room mit Billiard, Soccer-Tisch und elektrischem Pocker-Table. Super! Viele Attraktionen sind in Kürze erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Lage, Haus, Ausstattung, Swimmingpool und Garten ließen absolut keine Wünsche offen. Auch unsere äußerst nette Vermieterin hielt immer gute Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflüge in die Region bereit. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen! Drei Wochen waren einfach zu kurz. Fünf Sterne!

Outstanding house and location

Very nice house and garden with swimming pool in residential and quite area. Only a few minutes walk from the center. The living room and game area was highly appreciated by the children. The kitchen is very large and has 2 big refrigirators/freezers so that you don’t have to puzzle how to keep your drinks cool 😝. But the most appriciated was the warm welcome and further contact with Francoise. She is a wonderful host and she Will do everything to make your stay unforgettable. We only can recommand this house!

Magnifiques vacances!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette villa bien équipée. La piscine est parfaite, l'ombre des pins appréciable et les cigales au rendez-vous! La propriétaire est charmante et aux petits soins (pour régler nos petits problèmes de wifi...) La région est paradisiaque aussi bien pour les sportifs (Mont-Ventoux) que pour les autres (soleil, Avignon, marché de Bédoin...) Nous reviendrons dès que possible! Merci!
