The rental is located in a wine-producing village on the Layon hillsides, in the Anjou Val de Loire region. It is installed in two outbuildings renovated in the rules of the art, by combining modern comfort and charm of the former. They are separated by a large courtyard. They surround the owners' house. In the village, you will find all the services and many shops. The decoration has been designed with furniture found in antique shops and second-hand shops. The dining room, kitchen and a small living room are located in an outbuilding on the ground floor, covering an area of 70 m². On the first floor, there is a billiard room with a lounge and 1 bedroom with bathroom. In the second outbuilding, opposite the first, are the 4 bedrooms. These 4 rooms are equipped with a bathroom with Italian shower or traditional shower with a 90 cm basin for your comfort. All the beds are equipped with Tempur mattresses, a very high standard of comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned. The large swimming pool is secure (13 m x 6 m). The pool terrace is equipped with many sun loungers. The atmosphere is Mediterranean with olive trees, palm trees and southern plants. You can enjoy the 900 m2 park with its century-old trees and rare species for a walk, for reading, for a picnic, for dreaming. Near the kitchen and the dining room, you will have your meals outside thanks to the garden furniture at your disposal, protected from the sun by a large parasol if necessary. You can grill on the Weber charcoal barbecue. A small private courtyard opposite one of the ground floor bedrooms is also available. Thouarcé is a village in which you will find all the services and shops you need for your stay within walking distance: bakeries, delicatessen, café-tabac, hairdresser, beauty salon, supermarket, petrol station, banks, cash machines, garages, etc. Don't forget the health services: doctors, pharmacy, dentists, physiotherapists, nurses, chiropodists and security services: gendarmerie, fire brigade, all nearby.
