AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Shore House is a gorgeous, 4 bedroom home has great views of Lake Colby, making it easy to fish right from your back porch. The first floor has a fun bunk room with 1 set of twin/twin bunks and a single twin/pull out twin trundle. The private bathroom makes it easy for kids to wash the sand off after spending all day at the beach. The private, 1st floor master with a comfy king is nestled in the back of the home with a private deck to enjoy the sunsets over the lake and a walk in shower in the private bathroom. The 2nd floor has an open living and kitchen concept so the whole family can enjoy cooking together. The dining has breathtaking views of the lake and makes dinner with the family even more special. To make things easy getting from the 1st floor to 2nd, take the elevator or throw your groceries in and send them on up. (Elevator does not reach the 3rd floor.) The third floor master bedroom has plenty of room and a nice little coffee nook. Take that coffee through the large bathroom and you have a private deck with gulf water views for the sunrise; the perfect spot for your morning cup of joe.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Shore House is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shore House the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Home Away From Home

It was clean, comfortable and it had everything we could possibly have wanted. I cooked dinner for my family three out of the four nights we were there and the kitchen included every pot, pan and utensil I needed. The living area and dining room were spacious yet cozy. The king size beds and private baths in each bedroom were so nice. I personally appreciated the personal touch the owners displayed in their beautiful home. The artwork that hangs throughout the house is beautiful. The view off the back of the house is gorgeous. Shore House is wonderful vacation home and we will definitely rent it again in the future!

Perfect Beach House

We started five years ago because our granddaughters were small and our children didn’t want to drive far, so it was the perfect location. We have stayed in five beautiful beach houses, but by far Shore House was my favorite!Shore House is beautifully decorated, perfect location on Lake Colby and the layout of the home was perfect for a family vacation with children and adults. The location was on the lake and close to the game area, restaurants and Great Lawn.The first floor master bedroom is spacious and my son and daughter-in-law really enjoyed the back deck to relax in the morning and watch the kids fish. The bunk room is perfectly located also on the first floor with four beds, attached bath and the girls loved it.We the grandparents took the third floor master, and it was absolutely beautiful, and my granddaughters said it was the prettiest room in the house - all the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious.This was the best stocked kitchen. I took my usual supply of kitchen items and didn’t even unpack them - the kitchen was so well stocked with everything from bowls, utensils, pots& pans, spices, etc.I recommend Shore House to any family that’s visiting Cinnamon Shore . It was perfect.!

Cinnamon shores does it again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in this beautiful home. We have been here and stayed in 4-5 other rentals and this was in our top 2. We loved the 3 king beds and bunk room. We brought two families and grandparents and we had plenty of space. The elevator was an added bonus. Only thing to note-there really isn’t a pantry. There are a few shelves but they are stocked with goodies so not much room to put groceries/snacks. We made it work and it didn’t bother us, but some may want that. Being on the fishing pond was great for the kids. This location is one of the best in the neighborhood in our opinion. Very close to the lawn, on the pond, right by the checkers area, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. We will definitely be back to this rental!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first Port Aransas vacation for our family and Cinnamon Shore was a beautiful location. The house was just as described in the comments. We were purposeful in finding a house with an elevator for a few mobility-challenged guests (including a recent ACL surgery for our son). The Cinnamon Shore staff leading up to our house selection was super helpful in taking pictures of required steps to access the house. Upon arrival, we needed a bit of assistance with the elevator and maintenance was on the ready. The beds were comfy and all linens were practically new, which is a wonderful amenity when you’re away from home. The fire pit and balconies around the home were perfectly appointed and welcoming to our house of 9 guests. We loved the food at Lisabella’s too! We definitely will be back to this community!
