Perfect holiday location, under 5 min walk to one of the best beaches in Adelaide, in a street full of cafes and places to eat and unique shops. Near one of the most famous shopping streets in Glenelg - Jetty Road where you can also catch the iconic tram into the city, Adelaide Oval, or Entertainment Centre.

Fully furnished with quality furniture throughout, 3 bedrooms to accommodate six people.

Tucked away in a small apartment block with secure access, so close you have a view to the beach from the street, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas stovetop and oven.

Imagine a long day at the beach and come home to a smart TV with Fetch for your enjoyment of plenty of movies.
There are three bedrooms with bedroom 1 & 2 fitted with full size wardrobes and brand new comfortable queen beds, Bedroom 3 has a new single bunk with guard rail perfect for extra family members.

Reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you cool, with fans in all bedrooms. Washing and dryer duo for your convenience, including a full size clothesline out the back.
Enclosed backyard to sit out and enjoy your complimentary glass of wine on us.

You will feel in holiday mode staying here!

You have the whole place to yourself. We are only a phone call or text message away. We are close by so are able to promptly assist where needed.

Spoilt for choice so many cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops Glenelg has a unique holiday vide all year round, plenty of things to do and see.

Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

Lastly, all bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner KNOW YOUR GUEST - Superhog.

Family getaway perfect property and location
The location of this beachside apartment is perfect. Easy access to beach, pier and mall with train into the city all within walking distance. The apartment only 12 mins from airport and within a secure building. The locals are so friendly and lovely boutiques and cafes all close by. The apartment meets all family needs and as there were six of us in our family the extra outdoor space added to the enjoyment of our stay. Thank you for accommodating us all, we are thinking of making this an annual place for our family catch up as we are spread out from Perth, Queensland and Tasmania.

Stressful Experience
Lack of response from managers before arriving, I sent 3 emails over a few weeks and none were responded to. Only received a response after contacting Stayz helpline. One set of keys for 6 adults makes it very difficult to come & go from the property. Very noisy neighbours on both sides. Extremely aggressive arguing was heard from adjoining neighbours. Outside patio area was not clean, it was dusty, had cobwebs & bbq had not been cleaned. We felt extremely uncomfortable staying at this apartment.
