Wonderful apartment in Ponta de Campina, 100 metres from Lovina and 300 metres from Fest Verão. Due to the coronavirus and with everyone’s well-being in mind, I kindly ask anyone who books this apartment to wear masks and gloves when in common areas, if possible, and to use hand sanitiser for your safety and that of the building’s residents. The building’s leisure and recreation areas are open with some guidelines in place until the end of this pandemic! The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two queen-size beds and a rollaway bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, blender, dishes, silverware, and other items. The living room features a pull-out sofa, a table with four chairs, and a Smart TV. The complex features 24-hour concierge service, a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a playground, bike racks, a barbecue area, a gym, and one (1) garage parking space.

Park in the garage space assigned to the apartment to avoid fines. The space is marked with a sign on the floor reading BLOCK 05 APT 202. You may use the swimming pools, volleyball court, playground, gym, and bike rack.
