Loved the Area

Didn’t like the stairs. Overall it was a nice condo , comfortable. When you pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn’t have to take out the garbage. Also for the amount of money it cost, I shouldn’t have to bring my own sheets and towels for two queen beds and two twins.

Disappointed

Property management stressed importance of their cleaning practices and check in times could be delayed. When I arrived, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, stove top had not been cleaned, refrigerator was not clean, bathrooms were cleaner than the kitchen but there was mold in both showers. I own a vacation rental property myself and I would never let my property be rented out looking this way.

Ocean Forest Villas Review

This property had a great location and we enjoyed our vacation! We love this area and have stayed at different units in the Ocean Forest Villa complex many times. Our favorite things about the condo include the ocean front patio, spacious bathrooms, the included hair dryer. Our least favorite things were the amount of bugs (water bugs) in the unit, the warm temperature of the bedroom with two twin beds and the water pressure and drainage in the hall bathroom shower. This unit was adequate for our week long stay but was not the best unit we have stayed in.
