House in a gated community with a private pool, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a garden, and a spacious outdoor area—ideal for family fun. Parking for 3 cars. We’re 200 metres from the ocean and the waterfront, which features a bike path and walking trail, as well as kiosks with all the necessary amenities.
Super cosy house with a balcony featuring 2 hammocks for relaxing, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, living room with 2 sofa beds and extra beds, LED TV with Wi-Fi access, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and all kitchen utensils; 2 bathrooms; a gourmet area with a barbecue grill; a private pool; and a 3-car garage; located in a very quiet gated community with 24-hour security.
The gated community is located on the Rio Santos Highway heading towards Ubatuba, across from Massaguaçu Beach, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, and ice cream shops nearby.

Acomodação maravilhosa

A casa da Marcya é uma graça, o quintal é enorme e muito gostoso. É uma opção muito bacana para quem quer tirar um lazer com a família. Único ponto de melhoria seria a questão de alguns itens básicos de higiene, seria interessante que a casa tivesse pelo menos detergente e sabonete para lavar as mãos nos banheiros.

Tudo de bom

Casa simples e pratica porém bonita da fácil locomoção o quintal e bem funcional o local e bem seguro e tranquilo tem TV LCD e Wi-Fi tem ventilador de teto e muito limpo .
