We loved this vrbo, but do want to mention the noise and the check in process. We read reviews before booking and were aware of both, but I want to shed some more light on these. The building itself is very quiet, and we never heard anything from neighbors (hardly ever saw any either). We also loved that there are only a few rooms per floor. However, this room has a wall of windows that faces an alley and for some reason, any noise on the ground (even a conversation) echos straight up. We heard a delivery truck and possibly a trash pickup, which is understandable noisy, but music and voices carry too. We slept through disturbances, but if you're a light sleeper heads up!To enter your room, you use a code sent by email, but to enter the foyer of the building, you need a physical key fob that has to be retrieved from a nearby location's lockbox. Full disclosure, this is less than a 10 minute walk, but it was kind of a pain to obtain when you're lugging luggage on uneven sidewalks. Highly recommend getting a ride to the pickup location, or leaving your items with someone in your party at the condo if you have the option. Also, watch the video sent about the lockbox.Overall, this vrbp was adorably styled, everything was in working condition and it was super clean. Great location too, as it is about a 10 minute walk to shopping on Broughton and centrally located if you don't rent a car. We even loved that it's above a pilates studio.
