This 4 bedroom apartment in Bondi Beach is a short walk to cafés, restaurants, shops and the famous sands of Bondi. Located in a small art deco boutique block this apartment has been beautifully renovated, tastefully styled and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy after a day on the beach. Located on the ground floor at the back of the block it gets plenty of sunshine and it’s quiet and peaceful. The feel is light, modern and comfortable with a focus on fresh living.

Perfect location in Bondi, great accommodation for a group of family or friends.

Quiet area. But close enough to walk to great restaurants and the beach. Perfect location for our friends swimming trip. Clean and Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed.

Perfect for a Bondi weekend

This property was perfect for a girls weekend in Bondi. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms, clean, great layout and the courtyard was lovely for an afternoon drink. It is a short walk to everything Bondi offers but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. We will be back!

What a dream!

This home is as pictured, my young family stayed here and it was just perfect, so beautiful and stylish, super comfy beds and amazing location. Anna was great to deal she was just a lovely in person to liaise with as she was via emails, very prompt and happy to help where she could! Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Great World Cup trip

Stayed as part of a group of 5 in July for over a week. The space was great for us: folks had enough room to do things together or huddle away in their room if they wanted a little quiet time. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc. and love the big round dining table for communal meals and chatting. The patio is also lovely, spent time in the mornings with coffee before the bustle of the day. Location was great - walking distance to the beach and shopping. Close to bus stops for easy travel to downtown Sydney. Quiet and tucked away but still close enough to things we wanted/needed to do. Instructions and communications from Anna/host were clear and easy to follow. Anna went above and beyond for us. All in all - ticked all the boxes for us and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

Great location and very clean

We had a wonderful stay here, walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in bondi. The communication was always prompt and check in process was very easy. Just allow time to find car park in the street parking .

Why they chose this property

The Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk is undoubtedly the best coastal walk packed with stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. Along the 6 km walk you can rest, swim or eat. Tamarama, Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra beaches have free electric barbecues. It takes about 2 hours to complete and make sure you wear comfy shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water. There are even work out spots dotted along the coastline.
Iconic Icebergs has everything!.. clubhouse for casual bistro style dining, the crabbe hole cafe, icebergs dining room and bar and icebergs terrace. There is also pool and sauna, gym and body spot massage.

What makes this property unique

This property is a collaborative effort between the owner and myself. The owner renovated this art deco building, retaining the original style and at the same time bringing the interiors to a high modern quality finish. As a home stylist and property manager I approached the owner to discuss the opportunity to work together for the purpose of short term holiday stays. Together this is the home we offer to you as a guest. Enjoy your stay in this wonderful apartment!
