Perfect for a weekend away with extended family.

There was lots of spaces to share together and also lots of spaces if you wanted to be alone. The pool was an absolute hit with the kids and the spa was perfect for the adults.

Great house for our extended families. the house was very clean throughout and plenty for the young ones (and us older folk) to do with table tennis, a fantastic pool & spa a trampoline & basketball hoop. Plenty of room for our three cars all inside of the property. Security gate at the front was a bonus. inside well equiped kitchen, laundry, lounge and family room, huge smart tv. we used 5 of the bedroom three which had their own ensuite shower & toilet. Thw kanara wood heater worked a treat as it was quiet cold in the evenings. airconditioning and fans in most room cooled the house in the day. BBQ and outside table and chairs accomodating all 11 of us. Hosts were amazing. clear communication and very friendly indeed. our family had the amazing holiday for 6 days in this house in Rye. I will try and rebook this house for 2027. PK & Family,

Another great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here for our annual extended family trip. It is a great house for a large group and so great that our dogs are welcome too. Pool and outdoor area is amazing. The beach/shops is just a quick drive. We thoroughly enjoy our stay here and will be back.

Great Family Accommodation

Large enough and with fantastic separate indoor and outdoor spaces for our 3 generations of family and two dogs to enjoy. The 2 enclosed yards was a practical and wonderful way for the dogs to have a run. Great location, memorable weekend and highly recommended.

We had a lovely family long weekend here. Beautiful property with great set up. Very clean and had everything we needed. Was great to be able to bring the dogs too. Highly recommend this property. We will definately be going back.

A beautiful large home perfect for our group of 8. We loved the beautiful, quiet neighborhood and ease of access to the beaches and wineries of the Mornington Peninsula. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond to all messages. I cannot recommend this incredible property highly enough.

Our 2nd time to stay at this fantastic property in Rye with superb gas heated spa and pool which is the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing at the spa in this very spacious home. Can definitely encourage you guys to stay. Anthony is very friendly and responsive too.

Exceeded all expectations!

Excellent in every aspect. Great energy very clean, very close to peninsula hot springs, local shops, sorrento and safety beach. Amazing pool area. Loved the house very accommodating and spacious.
