About this property

@nuestroapenlaplaya

Enjoy a family-friendly, peaceful, and brand-new atmosphere—simple and cozy—in a tourist beach area. My apartment is in a condo complex that offers 24-hour concierge service, a pool, a gym, a beach volleyball court, a playground, and an elevator. It’s just one block from the beach, so you can walk there. Located across from the Lovina restaurant and next to Fest Verão. Close to Areia Vermelha, the sunset at Jacaré, and Caribessa. The apartment is on an exceptional beach in Greater João Pessoa, known nationwide as a sea turtle nesting area.
It’s a new space equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, electric shower, sofa, two double beds, and an extra mattress. The rooms are air-conditioned, and we ask guests to be mindful of energy consumption to avoid unnecessary waste, as the air conditioners are brand-
s and cool down quickly.
