San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with a zero-entry pool, convenient poolside his-and-hers restrooms, an exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and a relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at The Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park.

This condo is fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Huge balcony and incredible view. Also it’s a corner unit with stairs separating it from the rest on the floor so it is very quiet. We were so thankful that the host provided us with our umbrella and two chairs rental for the week. Parking pass was affordable - 50 for the entire week. Pool was great and had some areas always shaded. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. This is the first time I’ve thought “when we come back I want this exact condo.”

Great view, great location, great time

Love the corner balcony, provides great views of the Gulf and beach. Kitchen well stocked, Festa ware abounds, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Every bedroom has a bathroom, so convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well decorated and the kitchen had an insane amount of dishes/cups/cooking utensils-all the supplies we could possibly need except an additional kitchen towel. I reached out to the management company the first 3 days to see if we could get 1-2 more and was told by the first 2 people they would let housekeeping know but the 3rd person told me it was standard to leave only 1 towel. We had 7 people staying and ate breakfast in every day as well as cooked dinner 4 nights, one towel for all those dishes was silly. I would have brought more from home if I’d have known-only sharing so others that plan to eat in bring their own. The condo itself was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back to San Carlos 1201 again!

Amazing!

Great place to stay with family and kids. Immediate access to the beach. You can book chairs on the beach the entire time that you stay. We would definitely come back.

Amazing trip

We stayed hear with our adult kids in there 20’s. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and well decorated. Perfect location- close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Pool was nice and the beach doesn’t get any better than that!
