During construction

The property was a little outdated as was the condo, it was small ,the pictures made it look bigger than it was, looked like they may have needed a bit of help keeping the hallways cleaner, location was far from everything like stores etc...

Easy access to beach and ocean front view.

The unit is a little outdated and dark. Overall, we enjoyed the oceanfront view and felt safe in the area.

Nice condo with a great view.

The condo was very clean and well kept. The view and location to the beach was amazing. It was a plus that the beach was family friendly and not overly crowded. Would definitely visit here again.

706 Seapointe. Cherry Grove SC

Great view. Every amenity I needed. Shortest walk to the beach ever. I’d love the condo to have been decorated in beach colors rather than the very dark furniture, curtains etc. Floors looked new. If not real wood they certainly looked it. I think a handicapped height toilet would be a real bonus.
