The house is modern and extremely comfortable, with central heating that provides real warmth, a very large backyard, and a heated pool in the recreation area—which can be used year-round thanks to the effective heating system—as well as multi-sport courts, tennis courts, and a playground for children in the condominium’s recreation area.

An optional service is offered by our housekeeper, Dona Chica—a very cheerful and fun person—at a time suggested by the guest.
It’s so nice not to have to worry about these details when your main goal is to relax, isn’t it?
If you’d like to hire her for general housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking during your stay, you can arrange it directly with her. I highly recommend her because she’s a professional cook who prepares a variety of delicious dishes such as feijoada, shrimp bobó, fish moqueca, shrimp in pumpkin, mocotó broth, soups, and more.
