Thank you for your feedback and 5 stars. You were reimbursed for the pool heat even tho it was the promised temp. You had more people here than claimed on the rental agreement and the neighbors had every right to complain about loud 1 AM parties. Rude guests make it hard to keep short term rentals going: HOAs impose restrictions when home owners complain about vacation guests' behaviors. We are clear in our expectations of our guests for both noise and number of guests. Disappointing!
