Our beautiful Kirribilli apartment has the best views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge you could possibly ask for. The place has a large entertaining balcony, perfect for dinner and a glass of wine after a long day exploring Sydney.
You are a 5-minute walk to the train station, to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and 10 minutes until you are in the Sydney CBD. You are part of one of Sydney's best villages with everything that Sydney has to offer.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.
The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs and liquor stores.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, enjoy!
Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout from the Coco Republic. The views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and entertainers balcony are first-class. Every single one of these rooms has uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. There is a large living, dining and entertaining room, complete with a smart TV.
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 3 large bedrooms, perfect for 6 people.
The apartment comes with 1 and a half bathrooms, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower and the half bathroom only has a sink and bathtub/shower.
You are only a 5-minute walk to Milsons Point Train Station. This train stop is only one stop away from Sydney's CBD and can get you to where you need to go.
I would also highly recommend walking the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it's just down the road and the views are incredible!
For all train times from Milsons Point, I would recommend downloading the app "Trip View". This will allow you to see all the timetables you could possibly want!
Things to note:
*Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Peel St (3 buildings down) there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.
*Please note that there is construction work ongoing next door as well the whole of Kirribilli and there may be some noise from Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. There is also Remedial works to façade and concrete spalling on our building which will go on for 3 weeks from Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 3pm. We advise to keep doors and windows closed during the period of works to minimise the spread of dust.
* Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Fabulous location and very comfortable accommodation. Great views of the harbour bridge from the terrace. No air con but fans provided and no parking which was an inconvenience but my fault for not checking the listing. Great communication. Would recommend.

The view is incredible and the location is great. Nice neighborhood to walk around in and very close to public transport. If you are staying a long time, just request some extra towels ahead of time.

This vacation rental gave us easy access to the train and buses, as well as a panoramic view of the city across Sydney's busy and beautiful harbor. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, easy to walk around in and architecturally appealing. We cooked and ate meals, watched a movie, slept peacefully, and felt comfortable in the ample space of the apartment. The hosts/property managers were easy to access and helpful. The cost was reasonable. We were humbled by this wonderful place to stay. Any negatives were heavily outweighed by all the above positives. Thank you for a very nice place to stay!
Our family of 6, four kids between 8-13, absolutely loved this location. It was perfect for us to escape the downtown Sydney busyness but perfect to explore and enjoy all that Sydney had to offer. The apartment was spacious for our family and well stocked and clean. We loved our time there and even lucked out with perfect views for Sydney Vivid and a great night time drone show over the harbour! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone lookin for a spacious place to stay with a great view and relaxing atmosphere but still super close to the ferries & train stops to get around very easily.

Magnificent location & view. Well appointed & supplied. The primary issue we had with this place was its unfortunate state of disrepair. The towel rail covered in rust, the toilet paper roll holder almost completely unscrewed from the wall, the vanity missing its plug, the shower heads installed off-center, the door handle on the toilet door not screwed in properly, the timber flooring throughout the apartment was quite extensively damaged especially towards the rear french doors. I was also let down by the email we received with instructions for check out - a laundry list of chores similar to what I’d expect my wife would produce on a saturday morning. The price point for this property is too high for your guests to be taking out their own rubbish, and opening every window in the property to ensure the place is “aired out” for the next guests. All of this risked making it feel like a tacky school camp location, not a luxe 3br apartment in kirribilli. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth upon exit. When you spend over $1,000/night on accommodation you expect (perhaps naively) that the place will look in as polished “in real life” as it does online & that the apartment will *feel* ready for guests (albeit “lived-in”). Unfortunately it felt like we came in halfway through a working bee, and were financially coerced into participating upon check out.

The last time we checked when we cleaned the property, the towel rail, toilet paper holder, and vaniy were working properly and not damaged; additionally, the shower heads, the door handle on the toilet door, and the timber flooring, particularly near the rear french doors, will be inspected so that the necessary steps can be taken— we greatly value your effort in informing us of all of these issues.
We also entirely comprehend your concerns regarding the check-out procedures, due to you were required to perform a laundry list of duties, as well as the price of the property, that you reportedly thought was too much, and we asked for you to open the window and bring out your own trash.
We truly sympathise that you felt pressured into participating when you checked out. We could have sorted out all of these issues if we had received some advance notice from you about these throughout your stay, as we desire to provide the best possible experience by being available whenever needed and are more than pleased to attend to and resolve any trouble from our guests.
Once again, your feedback is extremely valuable, and all of these will be added to the account in order to take the necessary steps.

Perfect Sydney Retreat
What an amazing apartment to make the most of Sydney and it’s harbour views! Walking distance to the train and ferry (also, short walk across the bridge into town) plus awesome nearby coffee & pizzas (& Woolies metro) had us self-sufficient for the week!
