That said, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the home upon your arrival and for the extended wait to access the property. Having to spend the first part of your vacation cleaning sand, trash, crumbs, and other debris yourself is absolutely not the experience we want our guests to have. We also regret that the home was not ready within the expected check-in timeframe. Your comments regarding the housekeeping condition, as well as the broken stool, outdoor hose nozzle, and dishwasher installation, have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and the property owner for review and corrective action. We truly appreciate your distinction between liking the home itself and being disappointed with the overall experience.
