Inviting & cozy, this private and quiet vacation rental is conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown Sebastopol, 5 minutes to Forestville, 3 minutes to the town of Graton, and 20 minutes to Santa Rosa. It takes 2 minutes to access the well-loved West County trail, perfect for bicycling, dog walking and running. wineries/breweries, redwoods & the coast. Every amenity is at your fingertips, including a fully appointed kitchen supplied with coffee & tea. Also included are Wi-fi, phone & T.V. (55"). Towels, linens, & sundries are provided.

We affectionately refer to the cottage as the "Boarder's Lounge", since resident horse owners used to gather there. It has now transformed into an elegant, yet rustic chic, home-away-from-home. We fell in love with this country property, primarily because of its quiet location and pastoral views. Even though we are surrounded by nature, we are close to everything that matters. Visitors to our ranch always feel at home here.

What makes this property unique

In addition to being centrally located to so many marvelous places & activities that Sonoma County has to offer, we are right across the street from the West County Trail (perfect for walking, jogging and bicycling)!
