Serra da Bocaina Chalet in the clouds

A fully equipped cabin with a wonderful view. The cabin overlooks the mountain range of the Serra da Bocaina and the Mantiqueira. Located at the summit of the Serra da Bocaina, the cabin sits at nearly 2,000 metres above sea level. Cosy, romantic, magical, and completely private.
The cottage features two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty, the view from the deck is one of the most beautiful on the ridge. Not to mention the night sky, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil.

THE SPACE
The cabin was renovated in October 2020. The space features a living room (fireplace, 6-seater L-shaped sofa; board games and darts) and a bay window with a 4-seater dining table, offering a wonderful view from the window.
A full kitchen (an island counter separating the bay window from the kitchen, a 4-burner stove with oven, a frost-free refrigerator, and general kitchen utensils. It also includes a coffee grinder for coffee lovers who want to bring their own beans.) The kitchen also features a wooden table that seats four. There’s a smaller, square table, perfect for taking out onto the deck for breakfast and, for card game enthusiasts, ideal for playing cards.
The cottage has a bathroom located in the ground-floor hallway. It’s small but cosy. It features a large shower with a water pressure booster.
The three bedrooms are double bedrooms.
The first double bedroom is located upstairs—the only one in the house. With a wonderful view, the room has a small, cosy balcony. Double bed with a new mattress and cosy lighting.
The first double bedroom on the lower floor has a French door leading out to the deck, offering an unparalleled view. It features a wooden double bed, a table for writing or using a laptop, and a cosy lamp next to the bed
The second double bedroom on the lower floor has a D33 box spring bed, and the lighting is also cosy.
Outside, there is a 45m² deck offering the most beautiful view in the Bocaina mountain ridge condominium. On the side of the house, which also offers the same view, there’s a space for a campfire and a portable grill.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The area is unique because it’s located at the summit of the Serra da Bocaina, which has been designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The condominium is the only private one up there. Hiking enthusiasts have dubbed the place “Brazil’s hiking paradise” due to its beautiful trails and lush waterfalls, most of which are located within the Serra da Bocaina National Park, just 5 km from the cabin. The view from the cabin is the most beautiful in the gated community, looking directly out onto a sea of mountains. The night sky is considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil.
