As you pull up to the property, you’ll marvel at the freshly painted walls and manicured walkway. The stone pathway leads you to the arched outer gateway. Plug in the provided security code and you’ll find yourself in the first courtyard decorated with desert fauna and art. Follow the brick walkway past foliage and water features to a set of antique red doors. These open and welcome you into another courtyard and the hacienda front door. A separate lockbox there, holds the interior keys.
Guests are welcome to park further in the driveway under the latticed carport or in front of the wood gate or in the front driveway. Street parking is also allowed right in front of the home.
Once you’ve strolled inside, you’ll come upon a lovingly decorated open-concept living space with Spanish and Native American touches. The room is centered around a custom teal sectional and receives tons of natural light during the day. At night, you can use the remote LED candle set nestled in the decorative fireplace to add ambiance. The fully updated property includes a television with streaming capabilities, cable access, and WIFI. Right on the console table, we’ve provided a Welcome Book with the WIFI code with recommendations for your stay and information about the custom artwork that decorates the property.
On the other side of the pony wall, you’ll spot the enclosed dining area. This sun-soaked room is a perfect place to have breakfast and start the day. The storage area under the kitchen buffet has pitchers, serving trays and dishware. For an al fresco dining experience, open the floor to ceiling glass double doors and enjoy the cool mountain air.
If you are a semi-pro chef who loves to get busy in the kitchen, then this is the place for you! This updated space features plenty of granite countertop space, all new appliances and kitchen supplies. All the necessary amenities for cooking and entertaining are at arm’s length. Behind you, there is a stacked quick-cycle and programmable washer and dryer unit - a godsend for long term stays.
Back in the living room, you can enjoy the artwork and Native crafts displayed on built-in shelving on either side of the newly constructed powder room. This is also where you’ll find the controller for the modernized air-conditioning and heating system.
To your left is the master bedroom. A recently completed expansion and remodel has totally transformed this space. The room now includes a separate closet area with built-in organizing space and a grand California King bed with fresh linens and plush pillows. Before you step into the ensuite bathroom, you’ll pass a storage unit with oversized pool towels and other linens. Once inside the remodeled bathroom, partners will find ample space at the double vanity to prep for the day or a separate seated vanity to prep for the night. You’ll love the luxury overhead shower head in the fully tiled walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom can be found on the other side of the living room. There is a queen size mattress and bedside charging station as well as a 6-shelf dresser and walk-in closet with built-ins. Both are a bonus for long term stays. This room has direct access to the front private courtyard. It’s the perfect space to read or enjoy a coffee. From there, you’ll flow into another new addition – a jack-and-jill bathroom! It features double sinks, a magnifying mirror and plenty of cabinet storage. The walk-in shower has a luxury waterfall shower-head and built-in shower bench. Interior design lovers will notice the accent shower tiles coordinate beautifully with the Saltillo paver floor tiles that course through the home.
On the other side of the jack-and-jill bathroom, you’ll find the best part of the expansion and remodel – a completely new 2nd guest bedroom! This spacious room also has a California King bed. The room has a comfy chair and ottoman perfect for downtime with a good book or gazing out the glass sliding doors at the pool. You can also enjoy the art featured on the walls. The owner has sprinkled incredible art pieces throughout the home, and you’re welcome to learn more about them by following the Welcome Book. It’s like a personal art tour!
This 2nd guest bedroom and the master bedroom offer direct poolside access to another seating trio with club chairs and the landscaped backyard. There are a variety of fruit trees, which can be use for a fresh snack or drink garnish, and other desert plants. The towering palm trees offer privacy for the pool which can be heated. When you’re ready to hop in the water, you can hop on with one of the provided pool floaties. An automatic pump for blowing up pool equipment can be found in the bedroom closet. And when you’re ready to dry off, snag one of the cushioned lounge chairs.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll love grilling at the custom outdoor kitchen which includes a separate burner, refrigerator, and sink. Then you can enjoy your meal under the covered outside dining pavilion at a teak dining table that seats 10. We encourage all guests to use the additional plasticware dishes and utensils provided when swimming or lounging outside. For safety, glassware is prohibited by the pool.
In the evening, you and your guests can turn on the pool lights for ambience or even relax in front of the fire pit outside of the casita. This is the ideal space for families or small groups looking to stay together while vacationing separately.

To receive Access Instructions, the Main Contract Guest will need to sign and return a Vacation Rental Agreement and submit a copy of their government issued photo ID.
Please note:
- The Main Contract Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- The City of Palm Springs requires the Main Contract Guest and all guests sign a Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations. This must be done by the Main Contract Guest when the Vacation Rental Agreement is signed. Additional Guests can sign in advance or upon arrival.
- The City of Palm Springs maintains quiet hours from 10pm - 10am. Excessively loud outdoor music that can be heard at the neighboring property line is prohibited and may result in a noise citation from the city. The Main Contract Guest is held responsible for any citation fees.
- We encourage all guests to use the additional plasticware dishes and utensils provided when swimming or lounging outside. For safety, glassware is prohibited by the pool.
- We do allow pets; however, all animal friends must be pre-approved and require a $500 pet fee per animal. There is an additional pet security deposit of $1,000. Per the City of Palm Springs, all dogs must be on leash whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. We also expect everyone to pick up after their pet.
- This is a smoke free property.
*** For an additional fee, the pool can be heated during your stay. Pool heat is turned on one day prior to arrival. The fee is $1,500 per month.
