This cozy and welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers thoughtful updates and all the comforts of home in a prime Ocean City location. The beautifully renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops — perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the primary suite complete with a private updated bath, and two full beds in the second bedroom. Whether you're spending your days on the sand or relaxing indoors, this unit provides everything you need for a stress-free beach getaway.
The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.
