Amazing location

What a great location! Place was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was the perfect size and the rooms were big!! Only issues were connectivity with WI-FI, water wasn’t warm for showers and early morning (7am) construction everyday but Sunday.

Was a fantastic unit and very modern. Everything thing was included in the kitchen. The kids loved the arcade and the restaurants in the condo are PERFECT. We can not wait to book again!!!!

This book gets ZERO STARS. THE LISTING IS A LIE. COZYSUITES in Atlantic City (Does Not Have ANY OCEAN FRONT ROOMS) MY SO CALLED OCEAN FRONT HAD A VEIW OF ROOFTOP AIR COMPRESSION AND BACK AILEY PARKING LOTS. ON A COLD 30deg. Day, the in room heat was locked at 70deg. Etcetera, Etcetera, ETCETERA.

Check in proceed was horrible if I had Chan e to cancel I would . Receptionist didn’t care because wasn’t hotel first . It was the cozy….. Elevator very dirty and the whole experience was awful

I am a jersey guy and grew up coming to ac and am not naive to what ac can be good and bad. Just highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and unit. The paint is peeling, toilet seat broken, trash can broken, small to the ground beds. Just was an uncomfortable stay due to the feeling and noticeable disrepair and grime. The location, perfect! Good place for kids given the games and boardwalk. Just can’t in good conscience recommend due to the filthy nature of the hotel in hall, and the unkept nature of the condo.

False Advertising.

If you book a room that says ocean view or ocean front, don't book it. I was told it must have been a misunderstanding because they don't have any ocean front or view rooms. Out of the corner of 1 window, we could see a tiny piece of the bay. The booking process was a nightmare. I'm not good with computers at my age and knowing AC gets a lot of seniors, why would they require you to do parts of the process on a computer or phone with picture taking capabilities. Just beware and maybe phone contact with the owner of the property will help. If the person lies on the phone, red flag, but get the name and contact info of that person. The booking problems(at one point, my reservation was cancelled by a computer automatically) and the stress of not getting the ocean front that I booked, just doubled the stress I was going to AC to get rid of. The only semi-positive, they said they could only compensate for a max of $100 which they did. Thank you for that.

Hi Vickie, We regret knowing that your expectations regarding the ocean view or oceanfront room were not met and that the booking process and communication had various issues. If you would check the bedroom photos of this unit, it did not show a view of the ocean and we did have photos of what to expect outside the unit building. Regarding the booking process, the requirement to use a computer or phone with picture-taking capabilities may have posed difficulties, especially for seniors who may not be familiar with such technology. We will have this forwarded to Management for review for future improvements. Checking on your booking folio, there was not an instance that your booking was cancelled. We were glad to have provided some compensation, although it was limited to a maximum of $100 which you gladly accepted. We truly appreciate your feedback as we continue to strive to improve our service and our property, and we hope you had a safe trip back home. All the best Vickie!

Enjoyed our mini vaca.

Great location for casinos and impressed with all the activities at showboat including go karts, mini golf, arcades and more. Will bring kids along next time .

This was basically 3 hotel rooms that were converted into one apartment. Pros: Huge. Location was great. Room was clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Full kitchen. Free parking!!! Negatives: not handicapped accessable. The Showboat pool area was disgusting. Advertised a balcony - but that referred to the pool deck. Did not know that until after we checked in. Only one TV.
