When we come back to Winnipeg we would definitely like to stay at this accommodation again. Safe, friendly neighborhood. Great tacos at BMC close by. Safeway close by.
Everything was as expected! Great value, especially for what you get!! I’d recommend!
Just be careful, that shower is a little tricky!!! Lol

Disliked: Amenities
The property was convenient for us, but that's all! The bed was uncomfortable and came with a bottom sheet, a comforter and pillows in shams....no top sheet, no pillow cases. The comforter was meant to act as a duvet, I suppose. The space was cold! It had an electric fireplace that helped, but were given a non-working heater for the bedroom. No extra blankets! The bathroom was okay except that the sink faucet felt like it was going to fall off...the heated tile floor didn't work. What sounded like construction noise until 10 pm our first night was not very welcoming, neither was the smells of fish cooking by the owner above for the next two days. All in all, I think they didn't understand how the hospitality business works. The unit was clean (it's only saving grace) otherwise, it felt unfinished and very unwelcoming! This would be a convenient place for our next trip to Winnipeg, but we will NEVER stay here again.
The ceilings are short so don't stretch up! Really nice space, clean, and inviting. I was worried about having to park on the street, but I had no difficulties finding a spot conveniently close to the house.
We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and cozy, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The location was ideal for our needs, centrally located making it easy to get to the places we wanted to see in Winnipeg.
