Great Cabin for a smaller family!!
Very well located smaller cabin that worked out great for my family! Kids loved the close proximity of the pool and worked out great having Baxter Marina so close! Will definitely book in the same area again!
We had a great time at this resort. It was perfect for 4 adults and very cozy! Check in was a breeze. The resort was very quiet and was perfect for Memorial Day weekend get away! We will visit again!!
Great property for a team tournament! Great parking for boat and truck
Super easy access to the lake in the White river arm. Will stay here everytime in the future!

Great cabin
The cabin was very clean. And would definitely stay there again. However it’s not right on the water in the way we thought it would be.
The cabin was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. A little far from Branson and SDC, but it was worth the drive to be able to stay in such a relaxing place! Thank you again, we will be back!
It has become an annual tradition to stay at these little cabins. Cabin #3 was no exception to the others. Clean and cozy. We don't spend a lot of time inside since we're close to the lake and a pool right out the front door.

It was peaceful and quit. There was plenty of supplies in kitchen and bathroom so you didn’t have to worry about running out.
We had a very nice, comfortable stay in the resort Cabin. The entire property and the amenities were very well kept. Loved the pickleball/basketball court with all equipment provided. The pool is very large with a very clean and fully plumbed restroom inside the pool area. Loved the large screened-in porch! All of the other guests staying in the other cabins were very respectful as well. We will certainly consider staying at this property again if we decide to visit the area in the future!
Everything was nice EXCEPT the floors were extremely dirty!! Dead bugs, dust bunnies, and if you walking barefooted, you get black feet. The livingroom chairs and couch were all dirty/stained. Beds eere comfortable, kitchen was clean and well supplies.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was quiet as there weren't that many people on the property during our stay. The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning to drink my coffee. Even though we didn't have babies (ours are bigger now), we appreciated that the host had things to accommodate infants (high chair, pack & play, etc).
The price was right and we were close to the lake. We came into town for fishing but also drove into Branson a few times. Overall, a great stay! I am sure we will be back again.

Cute cabin, great location, could’ve been cleaner!
We have stayed in these cabins in the past so we knew what to expect. They are small, but perfect for a couples get away or small family. Check in and check out was simple and straightforward. Location is close to the lake. We did not use the pool this time but have in the past and it’s a great feature for the kids. Unfortunately we found this cabin to be subpar on cleanliness compared to the other units. There is a musky smell to the cabin, the floors weren’t mopped well, couch was stained, and one of the beds had dead gnats on the comforter and pillows. It did not appear the bedding in that room had been laundered recently. So though we love the location, we would elect to stay at a different unit in the future.
Overall would have received 5 stars except there is a cleaning fee of 85-113 dollars and the seating area (living room) had stains on them and I had to move the couch and pulled toys and stuff from underneath. Also looks very nice but…the wicker set and bar stools are VERY uncomfortable. The beds are amazing I slept like a baby not getting up in middle of night so the other stuff was little minor we dealt with it. Thanks so much to Amy for having us and quick response to my confusion over the tv it wasn’t meant to have on enjoyed the time away. It was amazing!!! I will definitely be going back!!! A++ hostess

Needs work
Upon arriving at the cabin the smell inside is horrible! It smells like a nursing home. The furniture cushions in the living room are all gross and stained. We wouldn’t even sit on the furniture because of it being so gross! The window unit air conditioners were putting off so much moisture that it caused all of our beds to feel damp, towels wouldn’t dry when hung up and it may be the reason for the odor in the cabin. The overall cleanliness was just not good at all. It seemed like someone was in a rush when cleaning so it just wasn’t very clean. The dishes from the people who stayed before us were left in the dishwasher so we ran it and put them away so we didn’t get nailed for not leaving the cabin in the correct condition when checking out. We did decide to leave a day early due to all of the above reasons. I contacted the property manager to let them know we left early and it did take a day for them to get back. Won’t be staying here again or recommending it.

Response from VrboOwner on 9 Aug 2023
Hi Denise, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact. We would have promptly responded and been happy to help for a more comfortable stay.
- Due to the location of our cabin and the time of year, moisture from the humidity in the air is what does not allow towels to fully dry when hung up. Guests are always welcome to use the dryer. In addition, depending on what temperature the window air conditioner was set at, in conjunction with the humid air, will cause the beds to feel damp.
- We will follow up with our cleaning service and further investigate your cleanliness concerns to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
- We were surprised to hear your comment in regard to communication. We can confirm that your email was received on July 3rd at 12:40 pm and we responded a few hours later at 6:00 pm thanking you for letting us know of your earlier departure.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We were very pleased with the property, the screened in porch was a nice feature. Plenty of parking for my boat . Very quiet area walking distance to Table Rock lake.
The resort was nice, but I started sneezing right after arriving. I had to clean the dust & lint from all 3 window unit AC's. The check out process is absurd since I had to pay a cleaning fee.
