This top floor unit is located within the `Oceanside` complex on Booner St only 50mtrs from Hawks Nest`s ocean beach, Bennett`s Beach. It is a very neat and tidy two bedroom unit with one bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Facing north the unit enjoys wonderful cool evenings and plenty of Winter morning sun. Within the complex there is a large swimming pool, barbecue facilities, car parking and `Benchmark On Booner` Restaurant. Shopping centre, Golf Course and Beaches all within an easy walk. Stairs only. no lift.
