20 foot ceiling in the living room greet you as you walk into this 3 bedroom ,family friendly house with private pool. Smart tv’s throughout the house , Nest thermostat to control the AC & heat , primary suite runs the length of the house ,has a huge walk in closet and sitting area to enjoy your coffee in the morning. There is also a loft area with a queen size pull out couch ,full bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms on this floor . Downstairs you will find another queen size pullout in the living room , fireplace
and separate family room with a third queen size pullout couch. The well stocked kitchen leads out to the private backyard ,pool ( unheated) and lounge chairs for catching some sun! The laundry room has brand new LG washer and dryer .This leads into the 3 car garage and corresponding driveway . This house has everything you need to spread out and enjoy your vacation! *3 night minimum required*

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please set AC to Eco on both floors .

Turn off all the lights, including porch light .

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not touch the pool equipment ,please. Smoke only outside. Turn the Nest to Eco upon exiting .

Load dishwasher and turn on before exiting. Make sure all doors and windows are locked when you leave .

No mail may be delivered to the house .
