Location is great, near beach and centre of Cowes. House itself is nice and newish and reasonably clean. Good kitchen well equipped.But we felt the cleaner did not do a good job before our stay. Some of the furniture was dusty and there was sand on the couches both upstairs and downstairs. Also we were a little disappointed that no soap, shampoo or conditioner was provided in the bathrooms considering the cost of the accommodation. Only a single liquid hand soap dispenser in each one.

Family holiday

Modern Town House was excellent for family summer holiday at Phillip Island. House was as described, photos accurate. Close to beach, short walk to shops, and short drive to other places we visited on Phillip Island, and many other places we did not have time to visit! We will return.

Great family accomodation, walk distance to shops and beach

We had a lovely time staying at the property. All amenities are within a 10-minute walk and the beach is at the end of the street. Couldn't ask for more.
