The condominium is situated between Camurupim Beach and Arituba Lagoon, a famous tourist destination in Rio Grande do Norte.

In the living room—a double sofa bed that also serves as a sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand, and a TV.

Bedroom 1—wardrobe, king-size bed, single bed, cot, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2—wardrobe, queen-size bed, single bed, and portable fan.

In the kitchen—refrigerator, gas stove with oven, granite worktop with 2 stools, cabinets above and below the sink, blender, electric coffee maker and sandwich maker, and other kitchen utensils.

In the bathroom: a glass-enclosed shower, hot and cold shower, toilet, and sink.
