Great condo in a great location. We come to see Creed in concert and was able to walk from the condo in just a few minutes. It was so easy to get in out out of the theater.

Eric Church Concert

Perfect place for staying to attend a concert. Within walking distance of venue. Everyone at the amphitheater was great, patient and helpful. Pleased with facility, loved seeing the marina off the balcony. Enjoyed The Wharf at Orange Beach. Will be back!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
When we arrived the refrigerator was not working. A replacement had been plugged into the wall between the kitchen & living room obstructing the walkway. It had no icemaker, one shelf and one of the 2 drawers was broken. Promises after promises made to deliver a new one that never happened. Refused to move us to another condo. Condo is outdated and needs a deep cleaning. Management seemed unconcerned and was of no help despite speaking with 3 different people. An owners rep called and offered a small discount but nothing more.
