Great location

Great location for local restaurants and museums but only a couple blocks-easy walk to Beale Street. Apt spacious, quiet and secure. Would stay here again.

Close to everything downtown!

Great place, good location. We walked to Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum and lots of good restaurants. Would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Stay

My husband I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The loft was impeccably clean and well decorated. We were conveniently located downtown within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, Beale Street, and the Civil Rights Museum. Tim was a great host! We will definitely book again!

Clean, comfortable, great location!

This met our needs perfectly -- we were in town for a weekend to help our daughter. This was a perfect central location that was close to her apartment for when she needed our help, but close to Beale St, restaurants, etc for when we had time to ourselves. The dedicated parking spot was particularly helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable, especially the bed!

This was the best location I could have imagined. The apartment was clean, modern and accessible to everything. The lighting in the hallway was very bright and inviting. Traveling by myself I felt very safe. I am originally from Memphis so coming home made this spot very special. I will be back so keep the lights on for me.

This place did not disappoint!

I cannot say enough about our stay and experience with the property! The apartment was just as it is pictured and the description was spot on! The property manager was quick to reply to any and all questions we had! I will definitely seek out another one of these properties again when we go back to Memphis!

This property on South Main is the perfect location for exploring Memphis - close to museums, River Walk, Beale Street, Bass Pro Shop, coffee shops and restaurants. Clean, up-dated, well-appointed, quick response to questions. Great VRBO experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

Intrusive check in process that needs to be updated. The space overall was fine but needed to be updated. The view is of a dirty alley with barbed wire and an old street light that shines through every window. The front door was unlocked when we arrived and we later found that it was because the door doesn't automatically lock which is a safety concern. In the future I'll stay in one the many other 5* spaces in this area.

Clean, modern studio in the heart of Memphis

The location of this place was ideal, walking distance to all the major sites and museums. Recently renovated and large for a studio. Two things to be aware of - there are no blackout shades and there is a lot of noise. The host provides eye masks, ear plugs, and a sound machine, but if that isn’t something you want to deal with, probably not the place for you. Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice spot

Quick trip to Memphis for a wedding. My place was on the third floor. No elevator to assist with baggage ☹️. Only suggestion is to add a full length mirror somewhere.

Perfect Memphis studio

Comfortable and newly revamped location. The restaurant on the first floor is extremely convenient. This isn’t for everyone as there is no elevator but it was zero problem for me and my wife. The location is walkable or a short Uber everywhere you’d be in Memphis for. Host is very accessible. Unit is exactly as described. I’ll be looking to book it again.

Weekend getaway

Listing is accurate. Stairs, light and some noise to be expected. The only thing I would add is that you do hear the trolley honking as it goes by. We were able to get around easily by walking, driving and riding the trolley. Recommend bringing essentials like snacks and drinks with you. We didn't find any stores near by.

Wonderful spot

This gem is located close to everything: the National Civil Rights Museum (a somber but WOW experience), great restaurants and bars (highly recommend the Slider Inn’s “Cuban & Reuben Egg Rolls” and Jamieson Slushies), easy walk to Beale Street (hearing Blind Mississippi Morris at the Blues City Cafe a highlight) and right on the trolley line. The apartment was clean and bright and well-kept. Everything I needed (except paper towels/napkins) for my 5-day stay. The owner was very easy to reach and helpful. As a first-time Memphis visitor, the “hints” sheet he left providing suggestions for local restaurants, tourist spots, grocery stores, etc. was a very nice touch. (BTW … Sun Studio’s 45-minute tour was an unexpectedly great surprise, and highly recommended for music buffs). I’d definitely stay here again if I get back to Memphis.

Perfect location

This property was exactly as listed. It is adorable, clean, and conveniently centrally located to anything you need. Property manager responds so quickly there was never any communication issues. As my mother and I traveled we felt very safe staying here. There was a security code to enter the building and the another level of security to get into our room.
