We’ve stayed at this property before and definitely will again. We love that it’s so close to town. The rental is beautifully decorated and the pricing is reasonable.

Quaint little place, clean and comfortable! Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and town square park. Short drive to Barcelona beach and Lake Erie, and a bunch of neat wineries. We plan on staying here again.

Wonder clean and spacious accommodations

Property was clean and well appointed. The farm house feel of the decor matched the overall rustic feeling of the town itself.

Loved small town vibe

We were attending Chautaugua for a few days and this was a perfect location. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine. Any issue was speedily answered and the place was perfect for our needs.

Historic house, nice location

Nice VRBO in good location - walk to Farmer's Market, downtown, beautiful library (worth the visit), and Lincoln statue. Close to vineyards and wine tastings. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen (although we did not cook in, lots of restaurants in the area).

Wonderful location.

Just one block from Main Street it was perfect short walk to enjoy some great restaurants, antique shops and the Saturday Farmers Market. The apartment was a good size for two, a nice living room, modern bath and comfy bedroom. The kitchenette was small but all we needed for our 4 day stay. Clean, plenty of parking, and only a short 20 min drive to Chautauqua Lake area. We look forward to booking it again! Efficient communication with Property Manager made checking in a breeze.,

Perfect area

The apartment was clean and had basic necessities needed for our stay and the neighborhood was wonderful with big unique homes. We loved being able to walk down to the main street and have breakfast or dinner or drinks, and explore the antique shops. The wineries were a very short drive as well. We loved it so much we booked the bigger apartment for October when it will be even more beautiful with the fall colors.Be aware that there are other apartments in the house and you may hear other renters, the refrigerator is not full size (but was fine for us), and the shower toiletries were limited.

Great visit!

This older home has been updated and subdivided into multiple rentals. Cute farmhouse look, very clean with comfortable bed, couch, and chairs. Located in an area with other beautiful older homes; neighbors are friendly and I felt safe even though I stayed there alone. Shopping and dining are only a couple of blocks away and it’s easy to walk there on the local walking trails. The refrigerator is only hotel size, so don’t stock up too much on perishables, and there is no lamp on the bedside table, so bring a book light if you like to read yourself to sleep. Property manager was responsive to my questions. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Comfy, Convenient Apartment

Very pleasant apartment conveniently located in Westfield. Attractive remodeling of a vintage house. Very responsive property manager staff. Only two things recommend you bring yourself to simplify your stay: 1. Long PC Cord - If you want to use your laptop plugged in, bring a long cord if you prefer to work at a table. No electrical plugs near the only table because house infrastructure is older. 2. Toiletries - Website said these were provided, but must have been an oversight for my stay. I had to run to the CVS (close) to get shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Communication
Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The plumbing from upstairs is located by the bed making sleeping impossible when the toilet is flushed or showers at night. The kitchen is unacceptable, the sink is not functional because it is too small to wash dishes and the faucet handle falls off in your hand, no dishwasher. The fridge is a mini, way too small for food storage. Shelving in kitchen dusty, not enough frying pans or spatulas to make dinner for two. Disappointing.

Response from Author on 7 Aug 2024
Hi Carolyn, we shared your review with the homeowner, who would like to offer the following response:-We apologize for any aspects of the home that did not meet your expectations. As a historic Victorian property, it does retain some unique features. While we have not previously received complaints about plumbing noise, we regret that this affected your stay.-We appreciate your positive comments about the sink. As noted in the listing, it is designed more for aesthetic appeal and can accommodate only a few dishes at a time. We will consider adding additional kitchenware, such as pans and spatulas, to enhance our guests' experience.-Our property is best suited for single or couple stays, as it is designed to accommodate up to two people. We ask guests to avoid large gatherings to maintain the comfort and functionality of the space.-Additionally, the listing does not specify the availability of a dishwasher, and we encourage our guests to thoroughly review all the details and amenities in the listing to ensure their expectations are met.-We appreciate your feedback and will take steps to address these concerns to enhance the experience for all future guests.Thank you for taking the time to leave your review!
