The property was a great size and had a beautiful outside pool, lazy River, hot tub and ocean view, but the property was not clean by any standards. Hair all over the floors and had a strong mildew smell when we got there. Tables were okay but not cleaned well. The refrigerator barley works so I wouldn’t suggest using it much the freezer was okay. The condo floors get wet from only what I can assume is the central air vents? I had to constantly keep wiping them with a towel it was ridiculous. Other than that the condo was okay and a good size.

We’re sorry, however, that the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell short of expectations. Finding hair on the floors and noticing a strong mildew odor upon arrival is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We also apologize that the tables were not cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been. Your concerns regarding the refrigerator and the moisture on the floors are equally important, and we will be forwarding these issues to the appropriate teams for inspection and follow-up. We understand how frustrating it must have been to continually wipe up the floors during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify areas that need attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much cleaner and more comfortable experience in the future.
