WHAT WE LOVE
- Massaging away your cares in the hot tub, which has amazing views.
- Retelling the "Moose King" story to your kids by the fire and pointing out how his eyes follow you around the room...
- Grilling some delicious steaks (not moose) on the upper deck.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 5.
- This home has three functional fireplaces, but unfortunately, the fourth fireplace in the upstairs bedroom does not work. The gas fireplaces can get blown out on windy days. Let us know if you need help relighting.
- Access to the home is a short distance on a well maintained dirt road, but is not accessible without 4WD in the winter months.
- The balcony off of the upstairs king bedroom is not accessible for guests.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

This house worked out great for our family. The kitchen had a lot of space. The location was good and has that direct road over to peak 8. The view from the hot tub was lovely. Occasionally we didn't have hot water in the showers but that was not always the case. We would definitely stay there agin.

This is a lovely house situated in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Breckenridge. It has beautiful views and can easily accommodate 10 people. It worked out well for our family.

My husband son and his friends had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Great location and the property was in awesome condition and the person who met us there was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who has a large group especially teenage boys!

We had a group of 5 and could not have been happier. We loved the views, the space and the neighborhood fox. We would definitely recommend this house!! We went horseback riding at American Safari Ranch and they were fantastic, highly recommend.

Great for the family

Rented this house for my family, my brother and his family, and my mom for the week. We had 11 people at the house. We all fit comfortably with out any complaints. The house is very nice and we really enjoyed the fireplaces!

Wonderful, peaceful mountain retreat

Breathtaking views and sunsets visible from the deck. A moose wandered through the yard one morning. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Property management was very responsive to problems we had with the hot tub and one of the bunk beds.

We had a fabulous stay at this home!

This home was perfect for our family for a summer mountain getaway. We had 13 people in our family and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The home was very clean and well maintained. Invited Home staff were very helpful and available. While we were there we hiked the Peaks trail from Peak 8 to Frisco; spent time in town; rode horses and ATVs in Fairplay; and whitewater rafted in Buena Vista -- all nearby or an easy drive from Breckenridge. The best thing was looking out at the mountain view from the family room, the deck and the sauna. I would definitely recommend this property to others and we would love to go back to it.

Snow Mountain Lodge was the perfect location for our family Vacation.

We loved being close to Breckenridge but yet secluded. We love just being together on the deck or by the fire and enjoying each other. This is a beautiful home!! We had10 adults and 2 babies in our group. The home had many baby toys/equipment that was a really pleasant surprise. The Hot Tub was also a favorite. The large kitchen was a real blessing as we had a lot of cooking going on. We are recommending this home to all our friends. We recommend it to you as well. InvitedHome was a breeze to work with. They are so very attentive to any questions we had. Five Stars!!!!!

The location was perfect and the view was Gorgeous.

The property managers were extremely responsive and answered questions promptly throughout the week. It was very much appreciated. We had an issue with the lower fireplace not turning off. That was dealt with promptly. The bedrooms need screens on the windows so that you can open the windows to get fresh air. Some of the other screens need to be replaced as they were in bad shape. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice as well. They probably need to spray for bugs, as there were a few larger spiders in the house. Pool table was great. The large table was great to play cards and have dinner together. The gas grill was great too. Great location! Supplies were ample and having a washer and dryer were appreciated and worked well. Need a few more dish cloths and dish towels. We enjoyed the house..

Big Home, good location, needs some upkeep

The home and location were nice, although we usually stay closer to 4 o'clock road - and now find we prefer being in a more walkable distance to the downtown scene. The house is HUGE and the living/bedroom setup was great for our group of combined families/kids - they loved the pool table, hot tub, and dart board! The house itself seems to be in a bit of a need of repair and a good cleaning. Almost every dish/pot/pan was dirty and we had to wash before we could use, there are 25+ knives in the kitchen (none of which could actually cut anything), the kitchen was disheveled as far as organization - would highly recommend updating cooking pans. You can tell the home is a rental as the furniture and walls shows lots of wear and tear, and there were many insects/critters in the home, not sure if location specific or home itself as we were a bit up the mountain in a more secluded/wooded area. Overall a nice stay, but likely would not stay here again.

AC confusion

The pictures of the place are amazing as well as the view. The hot tub tripped a breaker while we were in the tub and looks like it has been repaired (badly). No dish towels but they want u to wipe everything down when you cook. The cooktop middle burner didn’t work. The broiler in the oven didn’t work. The front porch had stones and a tile tool on it when we arrived and the slate was all broken up, we almost tripped over it Very buggy, could use exterminator The handrail was sticky. I wiped it down and the washcloth was black. We did call about no AC and they said no units have it… however if u opened the windows it was quite pleasant, good air flow throughout All in all not a bad place but seems run down. We did see a moose in the back yard so that was terrific!!!!

Great House

Property was great for our group of 12. The downstairs area was awesome for the kids and their own little getaway. Definitely need 4wd for the driveway and nice that it was only minutes from city market and the ski lifts.
