Walk right out from the ground level lanai and take a dip in the pool to cool off, or better yet, take a few steps down and wade in the warm water of the Pacific Ocean amongst the sea turtles and tropical fish.

This comfortable, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment situated near the southern end of the building is the ideal retreat for two with the luxurious Cal King bed plus the convertible couch with upgraded Queen mattress. All the comforts of home surround you. The full kitchen provides you with many opportunities to prepare and enjoy meals or snacks any time of the day. Community BBQ grills and laundry room are also available on-site for your convenience.

Experience glorious sunsets every evening and be awed by the presence of tranquil green sea turtles or honu, the migration of mighty humpback whales in winter, and the calming passage of kayakers and sailboats across the seascape in front of you.

The delightful neighborhood of Honokowai has a coffee shop and bakery within walking distance, a fish market and other stores and restaurants a little further down the road. The snorkeling beaches of Ka'anapali are a short drive away or cruise up the coast and check out charming Napili Bay, You can even rent stand-up paddle boards at Kapalua Bay to the north and take an easy hike along the Coastal trail with majestic views of Molokai island as you watch the acrobatic spinner dolphins dance through the air across the channel. Daily sunsets from our ground floor patio, the sound of waves 24/7, condo had all the basic necessities, comfy bed, daily turtle sightings out front, small town feel… totally relaxing time for us! Might get a bit warm in the afternoon but there’s an extra electric fan, or open the door to let the breeze through. Overall, it fit the needs of my husband and myself.

Quiet, clean, relaxing and beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

The property was very clean, it was fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, had beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, cooler, and beach towels which we used everyday! The location was great, just 5-15 drive to great beach’s such as Kaanapali, Napili,Kapalua,Slaughterhouse, and Honolua. There are great restaurants just just a few minutes drive in either direction, a couple of our favorites were Java Jazz which also has nightly music, super cool Morrocan BoHo vibe. Also, The Beach House and The Fish Market had amazing seafood! The best plate lunch is at the Honolua Store which is at the golf course in Kapalua!😋 We loved sitting out on the lanai with cocktails and watching the sunset and listening to the waves. We are will definitely stay here next year. Mahalo to the friendly staff, you guys rock!🌴🤙❤️

This place has all you need for a fantastic vacation. Having the ocean at your feet is great to ally as be hearing the waves. Look close in the waves and neighboring beaches for constant turtles. This is a very neighbor, friendly building. Make sure to join the neighbors at the sea wall at sunset and blow your conch shell. Debbie was great communicator and took excellent care of all management needs.

Loved our time here so much, we extended our trip — and it wouldn’t have worked without Debbie’s help!!Everyone here was so lovely and the property was great. Beautiful oceanfront building, with a solid snorkel spot and access for a quick dip in the ocean to cool off. Unit had everything we needed, including chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and coolers. Can’t wait to visit again — and we will!!

I am happy to be living in paradise and I live on the property that I manage. When guests book any of our condos, I will be here to greet you personally. I am a mother of 2, grandmother of 7 and Great grandmother of 2 and I adore my family! I encourage them to come see me as often as possible as they all live on the main land. What a place to come visit Grammie and Grandpa, right?

Why they chose this property

There are so many little shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condos. There are also food trucks just down the street from here across from the Times Supermarket, which is less than a mile from the condos. Guests go get their take out food and come back and eat on their lanai's and watch for turtles. Honokowai is a very nice little neighborhood between Ka'anapali and Kahana.

What makes this property unique

We are a small 42 condo complex directly ocean front. Every condo has the same amazing view. You can see Honu (sea turtles) in the surf out front every day and during the whale season, you can watch those play all day as well. We have a Pupu (appetizers, potluck style) party every Friday night at sunset. Hawaiian tradition is to blow the conch shells at sunset every evening to each point on the compass. We do that every evening. It's a very friendly homey kind of place that I think you'll love.
