The Nautilus is a charming two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located directly across the street from the beach. Part of the Little Lagoon Cottages community, this unit is one of 18 cottages that share an outdoor (unheated) pool. Deeded beach access is directly across from the community, making the beach easily accessible for all guests.



PET-FRIENDLY: One dog (20 lbs or less) is allowed. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay.



• Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the home



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats six and there are five barstools for additional seating



• Living area includes a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Twin bunk beds located in the main alcove (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk)



• Twin bunk beds located in the second-floor hallway (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk)



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the home



• Kayaks are not available for guest use



• Parking for a maximum of two cars; parking is located underneath the cottage. Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted.

We loved the flexibility of being able to use the pool and go to the beach! There was a problem with the air conditioning during our stay that they resolved quickly and professionally. Another bonus was how quiet it was.

Nice place to stay

We were very pleased with this location. It was clean and convenient to all activities. The only suggestion I would have is that there is somewhere for visitors to park. This location allows two vehicles per condo. There was a very nice pool that my grandkids enjoyed.

Love gulf shores!

Great place to stay if you have transportation to get around. I wish they had a swing or a bench on the lagoon dock to be able to walk the sunset or relax. That would make it perfect. Only mishap was dried blood on one of the bunk beds that they offered to come clean. I ordered disinfectant wipes instead. We love fishing in the ocean and Lagoon. We are hoping to be back for a 3rd year in a row next year.

I reached out about an early check in the day of, and the owner said that the unit was ready. An hour went by and they text back saying that the unit was actually not ready and the cleaner had to go back. We waited for a little bit and drove by to see where the location was. We pulled in and back out, I then text asking if we could get in because no one was at the unit. They said that the cleaner was still there. We decided to wait at the pool because we had kids dying to swim. No one ever showed up to clean the unit. We ended up having to wait until check in at 4. When we got in the unit, the sofa bed was left out and stripped, there was a dirty pan in the sink, the trash hadn’t been taken out in the kitchen or the bathroom. Only after we had gotten into the unit did the house cleaner show up.

Great Spot

Our stay was just perfect for 2 families with kids! Access to beach was easy & then the pool & lagoon area was big hit too! House setup was perfect, very nice & comfy! Would definitely book here again.

Great Place To Stay

Really nice place to stay, very close to beach and lagoon. It does have quiet a few steps to climb, two flights, which wasn’t a problem for me but was a little harder on my mom. Very clean and beautifully decorated! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

We had the best stay! The house was so clean and the perfect set up for our family. The location of the house was perfect with a short walk to both the bay and beach. We loved the family atmosphere on the beach. There was only one row of chairs/people. Not overly crowded like the condo areas. We will definitely be staying here again!
