Checkin process was very easy and very detailed instructions were provided regarding the property and resort amenities. Property itself is perfect for a stay in the Tampa / St Pete area. Very clean and everything available for a short or extended stay. Lots of room and great storage/closet space to let your family spread out. Be sure to check out the Sunset Bar and Grill on the resort property!

Nice place

Nice place to stay. Some of the blinds needed to be repaired and the shower door did not shut but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay, Travis! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the key pad entry and found the space to be more than adequate for your needs. We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the amenities and checkout time. Unfortunately, the early checkout time is necessary to allow our team sufficient time to thoroughly inspect and clean the house, ensuring it is perfectly prepared for our next guests. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your review.

January getaway

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful location. We were equally as happy to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins as to make short travel to Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Many options available and very comfortable.
