Imagine opening your eyes in the morning and seeing the crystal-clear ocean of Arraial do Cabo right there, just a few metres away. It's not a partial view, it's not the sea on the distant horizon—it's the sea in front of you, real, alive, that shade of blue that you only believe when you see it with your own eyes.

This loft is located on the ground floor (ground floor) of Loft da Prainha, with a direct ocean view. Easy access: direct lift from the garage to the apartment floor, no stairs. Ideal for those travelling with luggage, strollers, or those with mobility difficulties. It's the kind of place that truly makes you slow down.

🤿 The National Diving Capital is out there!

Arraial do Cabo isn't called the National Diving Capital for nothing. The waters are crystal clear year-round, but in winter they become even more transparent — exceptional visibility, rich marine life, and surprisingly warm temperatures. If you dive (or want to dive for the first time), there's no better place in Brazil.

The apartment

"Our space is an integrated loft and is not prepared or adapted for children. We do not have child safety items (such as nets, protectors or locks), nor specific accommodation such as a cot or children's bed."

Note: Brazilian law allows you to cancel free of charge up to 7 days after booking. After this period, the cancellation policy outlined for my apartment on this website will apply.
Therefore, I ask that you carefully read everything described below, and on the website as a whole, so you will have time to assess whether or not you should keep the reservation.

📋To Access the Condominium/Apartment.

To ensure your safety and expedite your check-in process, we need you to send us the complete details of all guests (including children) who will be on the reservation. According to our policies, this information is essential for check-in authorisation and must be sent at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to arrival. Original documents must be presented at reception upon check-in.

Main guest:
Full name, address, nationality, identification document (ID or CPF), telephone number, and means of transport.

Companions:
Full name, document number (ID or CPF), and relationship to each other.

Include data from all people, including children.

Important Information Regarding Access: The building uses a Facial Recognition System. On the day of check-in, your registration and facial biometric data will be processed directly at the main reception. Access will be available from the time of your check-in and will remain valid throughout your stay, until 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.

Check-in time starts at 2 PM.
Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

• Smoking is not allowed on the premises. • We do not accept animals, even small pets. • There is no cleaning during your stay (the apartment is delivered clean; the cleaning fee covers post-departure cleaning) and we do not provide meals.

The loft comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: a queen bed, a single bed under the queen bed with wheels, and a sofa bed. It has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, TV, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a mini-fridge, a sandwich maker, and a coffee maker. Everything you need to feel at home — without sacrificing the view.

Note: The number of guests must always be specified when making a reservation on the website.
Adding additional guests after booking is not permitted, and the price may change depending on the number of travellers.
No one other than the guests is allowed to access the loft and the apartment, even as visitors.

Note: Our apartment does not have any safety features for children, such as corner guards, window guards, etc.
