Christine, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay -We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard -The rural location of this property is part of its charm but, unfortunately, means that wifi and cell service can occasionally be slow -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences -Since a sink garbage disposal isn’t available at our cabin, we don’t market it as an amenity in the listing -We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property - including the adjacent river and city park -Our surrounding community is still in the process of recovering after a flood, and restoration efforts are still underway -We have two outdoor cameras, as detailed in the property description to help ensure your safety when staying with us Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!
