Very clean and nice! Only problem was the washer didn’t work good. Don’t wash anything heavy in it like towels because it gets off balance and will not spin out! Also the parking is not side by side it’s front and back. It will only fit compact vehicles in the back spot.

Good to know it struggles with heavier loads like towels, so we're glad to have that on their radar now. We had a wonderful stay as a family of 5. The place was clean and appeared newly renovated. The pool was right off our balcony which was great to still see my kids while another was sleeping. Perfect amount of space, larger than expected. Walking distance to the main strip and beach. Will definitely return in the future!

There was plenty of room for our family of five, and we especially enjoyed the large couch for movie nights. There is 3 bedrooms, but the twin bed in the bunk room has a trundle bed so technically 4 kids could sleep in that room. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and was well stocked with trash bags, dish detergent, and paper towels. The patio faces the pool, but with the doors closed we didn’t hear any noise even when the pool was full. The host was responsive to our needs.

We loved the condo!! The furnishings were very nice which isn't always the case. Sometimes you get leftover unmatching old furniture. This condo was top notch. The walk to the beach was short and quite nice. We were able to shop and eat locally and walked everywhere. There were a couple of things about the condo that I wish were different: In the main shower, there weren't any rails to hold on to- my balance isn't always good. Also, I couldn't find a stopper for the whirlpool tub. When we arrived, we noticed the blinds in the living/family area were broken which I immediately reported to Southern Belle Rentals. They were great about contacting us back in a very timely manner. If/when I return to the area, I will probably request to stay at the same exact place.

Great location

Property is right next to downtown tybee with easy access to the beach. The pool was perfect for the kids and nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch them. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible Location, Great Space!

Our family stayed here for spring break and had the BEST time! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and ice cream. And it was close to Memorial Park for a picnic at the playground on an overcast day. We had everything we needed in the condo and would absolutely visit again!
