We will definitely come back. Such a great property near some cool restaurants, bars, and shops. Bonus it has 2 kings beds, which was perfect for a couples weekend get away.

The unit was overall very good with two room, including comfortable king sized beds. There is just one smaller bathroom, but it functions just fine. There was a small nail that needed to be addressed in the bathroom threshold, but I imagine that had been taken care of. Everything inside was very clean and comfortable. Be aware that the parking is a little far and there are many steps to get to the unit, so don't overpack like I do. :)

Great place and location

This was a perfect little apartment for our family of 4. Location was great, with quick access to downtown Asheville but not in the heart of the city. Only flaws would be the old windows which allowed for a lot of outside noice.

Three day Asheville trip

Very close to downtown. Excellent bakery next door. They give discounts to condo renters! Restaurant downstairs is good, but you should make reservation for dinner. Would definitely come back.

Sweet little UNC-A trip

We were visiting Asheville in order for my daughter to tour UNC-A. This apt was absolutely perfect! We loved the decor, we loved the location, we loved the accessibility of the restaurant and bakery downstairs. I can't recommend this place highly enough and now want to stay there every time we visit Asheville in the future! Thanks for the wonderful accomodations!

Great stay

The place was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was centrally located to many venues in Ashville. We would suggest this place to anyone who visits. My only suggestion is that the bedrooms need a mirror. Also, the closet in the one room needs to be lowered. We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville.

Very nice apartment

We enjoyed staying in the apartment, location was close to downtown, enjoyed the restaurant and bakery on the ground level, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would have liked it even more if we didn’t hear the noise of the cars passing by.

Great spot close to everything

Normally when we travel to Asheville, we stay in a cabin in the outskirts but wanted to stay close to downtown this time. It was so close to everything and we really enjoyed our trip. We had an issue with the water pressure but the property manager was very responsive and fixed it promptly. If you have a ton of luggage you do have to haul it up the stairs but as long as you're ok with that, then check this place out! Great restaurant and coffee shop downstairs.

Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located to downtown and highways.

Booked apartment as central location to explore Pisgah National Forest and Linville Gorge hiking areas. The actual apartment is pretty nice, but quirky as the bathroom door has no lock and neither of us could figure out how to turn on the kitchen light. There was ample parking and the check in process was straighforward.
