Great access to the beach with lovely outdoors setting. Mattresses were perfect and lots of warm blankets for winter. Indoor fireplace needed repair. Thank you Steve for returning our lost property via post. A lovely escape away!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was lovely walking to the beach every day with our dog and the kids enjoyed being creative in the studio. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be recommending Boyds Beach House to friends and coming back again ourselves.

Wonderful comfortable holiday home in a stunning location. Some maintenance required and there was no aircon despite it being listed in the property listing. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely LOVED this house! Thank you Steven for sharing with us. The location literally on the beach, and the outdoor seating and dining area were an absolute stand out. House was comfortable, and dogs loved every minute of their beach getaway!

The house was quirky, well appointed and comfortable. There were lots of steps which finally led to the studio with its wonderful views. Beautiful location with a sandy track down to the beach. We and our dogs had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely relaxing weekend

Had a great few days swimming and reading and walking on the beach. Took two dogs and they loved the beach proximity.

The host was very welcoming.However, we found the steep and numerous stairs difficult to manage since I had recently come out of hospital.May be the website should mention the stairs. It would be a great place for a youngish family.
