"Fully remodeled 2-bedroom apt near campus and downtown Norman. Pool now open, subject to closure for weather or maintenance. Photo ID required for all guests. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No weapons on property. No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

Quaint Cute and Convenient

Excellent lodging and the place was so cute. We met a sweet bird on the patio that was nesting. Very clean and great little furnishings that gave it a nice atmosphere

Stayed here to attend an OU football game. The stadium (and OU campus) was easily walkable from the unit. The property was updated and very clean.

I was reluctant to stay in an apartment complex, but I am so happy we did. This place was very quiet and convenient. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with literally everything you need. I highly recommend this lovely place.
