部屋に到着してまず持参した食材を入れるために冷凍庫を開けたのですが、その中に前の方が置いていかれたような開封済みの氷と開封済みのアイスクリームが入っていました

部屋に到着してまず持参した食材を入れるために冷凍庫を開けたのですが、その中に前の方が置いていかれたような開封済みの氷と開封済みのアイスクリームが入っていました。電話をして清掃の方に来ていただいて片付けをしていただきましたが、少し見れば分かるような大きなものだったので信じられず、冷凍庫は食材を入れるものですので特に不快でした。また、他のところはすべてきちんと清掃されているのだとしても、1つそういう点があると、本当に他のところも綺麗にされているのか不安にもなり、食器等使用するのも少し心配になってしまいました。 その後の対応に大きく不快な点はありませんでしたし部屋自体にも満足はしましたが、この1点が大変不快でしたので、コメントさせていただきました。 また、お風呂のお湯をかき混ぜるための棒が壊れており使用することができませんでした。それも準備清掃の際に確認ができたかと思いますので、使用できるものをきちんと置いておいていただきたかったです。

子連れの家族3人で利用しました

子連れの家族3人で利用しました。 事前に届いた暗証番号で開錠でき、備え付けのタブレットで、チェックインも非常にスムーズに出来ました。 食事なしのプランで予約したため、車で数分の所にあるＡコープというスーパーで食材を買って持ち込みました。 （品揃えはそこまで良くないので、こだわる方はクーラーボックス等で自宅から持ってくる方が良いです） また、徒歩5～6分（車で1～2分）にローソンもあるので、買い物には困りません。 温泉は勿論のこと、足湯や電気暖炉、スピーカー付きライト、寝室のプロジェクター等、設備は最高です。 困った場合には、部屋にあるタブレットから、オペレーターにビデオ通話で質問もでき、対応も丁寧でした。 注意点としては、カーナビに住所を入れると少し離れた所になってしまうので、近くまで来たらGoogle Mapに切り替える or マップコードを入力することをお勧めします。 南館が9月にオープンとのことなので、また行ってみたいなと思います。

生憎天気が悪かったので、庭でのBBQが楽しめなかったのが残念。自炊する場合、調味料は必要なものを持参する必要があります。100均等で事前に購入することをお勧めします。
