This is a beautiful property. It is a lovely home, very well decorated, and extremely comfortable and cozy. The proximity to town makes for an easy drive, and I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

Spacious, beautifully decorated house! Just off the beaten path...within minutes of the Bluegate theater...and everything! Our group of 8 loved the house and the views off the porch. The owners were very welcoming and came to greet us and to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Just wished we could have stayed longer!!

Blue Birds Perch was just what we needed.it had been a couple years sine the 5 sisters and our daughters had gotten together and this filled our needs. Great community to explore and great space at the home to sit and share and make new memories. Tim and Sheri were great hostesses. Our first night there we couldn’t get the TV to work and Tim came right over. He too couldn’t get it to work and within 5 minutes he brought a new TV and with the help of my daughter, they had it up and working within 30 minutes. Very spacious and clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for the wonderful time we had.. we will be back!!

This was a very nice and spacious house. The host was so sweet. She brought us donuts the day we arrived. We will select this house again. The view was beautiful from all angles and we enjoyed feeding the horses.

This is our 2nd time staying at Blue Birds Perch - and by far the best place to stay. The home is delightful, plenty of space, with an amazing kitchen for gathering.

Everything thing was absolutely wonderful. We loved the views from the house. Super close to the MEC, as well as dowtown and shopping. Pretty sure we are going to be going back when we are going to be in the area. We loved it.

Lovely location and home

Our stay was very special because of the location and the lovely home. Our hosts were friendly and provided every thing we needed for a 4 night stay including fresh breakfast rolls left on the kitchen island. We did a lot of sightseeing and the house is very convenient to surrounding towns.

Our 6th Annual girl trip the house was beautiful and roomy the only down fall was the owner lived downstairs and we felt like more like a bed and breakfast. We didnt have the full run of the home. There wasn’t a TV in the main living room it was up stairs in a bed room and no stereo or speaker for music. Should have brought our own. Unfortunately the last day we lost water 3 hours before departure so we couldn’t use the shower or toilet. Overall we shopped the flea market had fun and the place was beautiful and clean!

To clarify, the lowest level is a separate, locked space with its own outside entrance reserved for home systems and an owners' apartment, while guests have full use of the main and upper floors. We appreciate you pointing out that another TV and a speaker would be a nice addition, and we plan to look at adding these by mid September. We're sorry for the inconvenience on your last morning—a water line and spigot broke in the front yard, and thanks to your quick alert we got an emergency repair completed within a few hours. We're glad you still had fun at the flea market and hope the rest of your stay made for a memorable trip.

Beautiful, spacious home close to town

It was a wonderful home, spacious, clean, well decorated. The owners were welcoming and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed being in the country, but conveniently located about a mile from town.

Beautiful home, great location!

Beautiful clean home that had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for everyone. Cherie and Tim were super accommodating, friendly and communicative. Property was within 10 mins of all the activities, food and shopping we had planned. Great location! Hope to be back next year!

Beautiful country setting

This property sits in a beautiful country setting but still just a few minutes from the shops in town. The hosts were wonderful and the house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have a group of 6-10 people.

Perfect location and space!

We absolutely loved the space and the location. The views from the front porch are a amazing and the sunrise is unbelievable from the house! The owners are on site but they are so welcoming and hospitable. We will for sure be returning again when we come to the area. Highly recommend for groups or family trips!
