Located in the area of Washington. A short 5 minute drive to both Eagle beach and Palm Beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, casinos, shopping and night life.

Open concept living/ dining area features a true Chefs kitchen with 5 burner gas range double ovens, dishwasher, GE Profile double door refrigerator, kitchen island, 2 dining areas inside and additional dining areas al fresco. The primary bedroom suite is large and comfortable with a private bathroom with a double vanity, queen bed, HD TV, and sliders that open to the covered patio. The 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds share a large bathroom also with a double vanity.
All mattresses are new brand new and plush for the perfect nights sleep.
The pool area is completely private and gated. There are multiple seating areas, a large covered patio with ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture, gazebo, sun loungers. outdoor kitchen, pool side bathroom, & outside shower w/ hot & cold water. Enjoy your morning coffee, and happy hour cocktails poolside sun, or shade. Large pool with built in seating and jacuzzi complete this perfect vacation home.

Washington is a 5 minute drive to both Eagle and Palm Beach. Close to supermarkets, church, restaurants and Casinos. A car is suggested, otherwise taxi service can be accessed through whats app.

Published Nightly rates are based on 6 guests and include an electric allowance in the amount of $125 per week.
Holiday rentals require 7 night minimum stay, all other seasons 5 night minimum stay required
