Good location for a longer stay

We stayed here for an extended time as we visited the Mayo Clinic, the location and neighborhood are convenient, there is good access to services, and the house is comfortable with plenty of space. It has a secure fenced in yard, which was great for our pups. Enjoyed the heated pool, which was well maintained!

Great Stay!!!

We were in town for a 4 week work trip and this home was perfect! There was plenty of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, and the outside/pool area was great to come home to after a long work day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice place

We had a pretty nice week staying here. The only downfall was the pool was way too hot the first few days. Water was around 100 and was hotter than bath water. The house was very nice and the hosts responded in a very timely manner .

Location matters, and this has it.

Overall this is a perfect little place to escape with your family but still be close to the big city for the entertainment. The heated pool makes this property golden. Easy access to everything, minutes from downtown Jax, not far to the beaches either. There are plenty of option for grocery shopping and ordering in alike. Highly recommended!

Wonderful two weeks with a heated pool

The property was great. Convenient location. Plenty of beds. The experience was wonderful. Definitely recommend for a family or a work trip. For us it was a work trip. The WiFi never let us down, even with all of us working in the evenings. Great swimming in the heated pool to unwind. Give this place a look.

Great Pool

The property was nice. The pool was clean and very inviting. The house was nice and clean. The kitchen, the master bedroom and the bathrooms look like they had been updated recently, and the water pressure in the shower is awesome. The furniture in the living room, dining room, and bedding in the bedrooms looks a little outdated and could use a little updating. Which is not that big of a deal because we were there to relax and enjoy the pool. The host was great and kept us informed about the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay there again.

Home Away From Home

House was perfect for my family of 6! Not far from Wal-Mart, many eating places, the beach and entertainment. Definitely would recommend :)

Awesome, comfy home convenient to Downtown Jax

Four of my friends and I rented the poolside bungalow for Florida Georgia weekend. There was more than enough room for the five of us in this comfy home! The weather was a little too chilly for the pool and our Gators lost the game, but we loved how convenient this home was to downtown and the festivities of the weekend. I would highly recommend renting this home or any other home managed/owned by Mark and Lily! They were fantastic, accommodating hosts and helped make our stay easy and comfortable! I look forward to renting from them in the future! Go Gators!
