Ravines

I needed a safe place to stay for a month after my granddaughter was born. I wanted to be anble to cook and wash clothes - not just get an hotel. After an exhausting internet search for home rentals, I happened upon Epicurian Properties. They offered accommodations which appeared to not only meet my needs but offer exceptional benefits. Jesse was very responsive throughout the whole process. I just completed my stay and Im thrilled to report I was abundantly pleased with the accommodations! They truely were exactly as pictured. The apartment I rented was quiet, spacious, beautiful and comfortable with everything I needed to live very well. It was the perfect place for me and well worth the investment. I highly recommend this business for short term rental needs!

Epicurean Properties

After we sold our home, we expected to be moving into our new-build at the same time we would be moving out of our home. We found out the delays in new construction would delay our move-in, and we needed housing immediately. We were told about Epicurean Properties, which could accommodate us with monthly apartment rentals. The experience with Epicurean was beyond our expectation. The apartment was clean & comfortable and felt like home. Not needing more stress during this interim period, we found the move to the Epicurean apartment was easy. We were welcomed and checked on regularly to insure we had all that we needed. Thanks Epicurean!
