House near the sea (150 meters with direct access to the beach) located at the beautiful beach of big mouth spit in Japaratinga, close to the ferry crossing the river Manguaba for access to other beautiful beaches.
Fully furnished with large indoor entertainment area on the ground floor and a large outdoor terrace on the 1st floor (luau), dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 suite,
 2 full bathrooms, with satellite dish, barbecue, and chuveirão mine field of beach volleyball.


Located in a privileged section of the Japaratinga edge which allows the time of low tide, access 'walking' the sandbanks and natural pool formed by reefs.
