HOUSE LAYOUT:
Mountain Sunset Cabin is well located in the Meadow’s neighborhood of uptown Pagosa with a fantastic, uninterrupted view of Pagosa Peak and the surrounding mountains. There is lots of wildlife in the area including deer, elk, foxes, coyotes, and many types of birds.
As you pull into the driveway, you are greeted by a gorgeously landscaped yard surrounding the honey-toned cabin. The front entry is spacious and conveniently offers shoe pads, hooks, and bins to place all of your gear in and stay organized. To the left opens to the dining room with rich wood floors, an outstanding view of the outdoors, and a stunning custom chandelier. To the right flows to the stainless steel kitchen ample utensils and supplies for whipping up meals, a convenient deep sink, and charming wooden island and so much more. Directly in front of the kitchen is the spacious, high-ceiling living room with cozy seating, a wood-burning fireplace, more views, and a massive, flat-screen smart TV with streaming options. Moving forward is the foyer for the other entry with wraparound deck access, a multitude of games, and storage.
Following the hall past the stairs and to the left leads to the first bedroom which offers a queen bed and plenty of storage space. Past this room opens to a full bathroom featuring a shower and a deep jetted soaking tub. The bathroom opens to the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Back at the entry, to the right flows to the master bedroom with ample natural light streaming across the gorgeous wood tones. There is a wonderful queen bed, storage space, and a master bathroom attached. The master bathroom has stunning tile work, a sunken soaking tub, and an enormous walk-in shower.
Upstairs and to the right opens to the loft with bean bags and a foosball table, the ultimate hangout place! In the middle is another full bathroom featuring a shower. To the left is the final bedroom with two twin beds, and lots of closet space!
The outdoors has deck seating for our enjoyment as well as a patio with seating in front of a wood fireplace- perfect for stargazing and unwinding!

- Non-smoking residence (including outside).
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home.
- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age.
- City and state taxes, in addition to the cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees.
